Advisor Profile

Michele Rinn is an innovative and results-driven leader with deep expertise in marketing, sales, communications, and event planning.  She currently serves as Vice President of Advisor Growth Marketing, where she helps wealth advisors grow their business through strategic prospecting, multi-channel campaigns and impactful client education and events. 

Before her current role, Michele spent 23 years at Prudential Financial in leadership positions across marketing, business development, compliance, and communications. As Vice President of Financial Wellness Distribution, she led marketing and sales efforts for the company’s workplace financial wellness solution, serving employees of group insurance institutional clients and retirement plan participants. She also developed Prudential’s International Financial Wellness program, collaborating with teams in Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Chile, Brazil and Singapore.

Earlier in her career, Michele worked in bancassurance with American General Life Insurance Company and in higher education as Director of Admissions at Georgian Court College. She holds a M.Ed. in Student Affairs and Counseling in Higher Education from Kutztown University and a B.S. in Human Development & Family Studies with a focus on Adult Development and Aging from Pennsylvania State University.

Outside of work, Michele enjoys traveling with her family, relaxing at the beach and hunting for shark teeth.
